Almost everyone knows Ellen DeGeneres, she is a comedian, a writer, a program producer and one of the most famous and funniest TV hosts in the world.
On August 16, at the Teen Choice Award 2015, she shared her sincere, humorous and useful advice with fans.
When accepting the Choice Comedian award, she told the audience the following:
1. Youth has made the right choice
“People often say that teenagers always make wrong decisions but tonight, you made the absolutely right decision by voting for me.
2. Today was her 7th wedding anniversary with Portia de Rossi
`It’s a wonderful day, it’s our 7th wedding anniversary, I’m really happy, everyone don’t forget to bless us.`
3. Being different is good
“It’s really great that we are the chosen ones, but there are periods in my life when I feel like I’m not those people.
4. Conformity is not something that matters
“You should be proud of your differences.
5. And the most important thing is… be Unique.
“The most important thing I want to say here is to cherish yourself because you are Unique, that is extremely important and when put on the scale to compare, Conformity with the majority is nothing.
In addition, she also has humorous and profound sayings when talking about social issues, for example:
“Accept everyone for who you are, unless you’re a serial killer.”
“My grandmother started walking 5 miles every day when she was 60 years old.
“I often ask why people hang deer heads on their walls.
